Sterkstokers’ signature gin won at the USA Spirits Competition! This powerful gin bears the name of our master distiller and is distilled in batches of 130L in an artisanal, passionate way. A favourite of many!

Recipe

The nose is clearly juniper berry. A powerful palate of aromas explodes in the mouth. The myrtle gives an intense finish, and the rosemary and wintergreen provide sweet accents. The cardamom and bergamot provide a fruity touch. The trained sommelier recognizes sublime accents of restrained herbs.

• 12 cl premium Indian or aromatic tonic
• finish with ice and a juniper berry or sprig of rosemary

Long live love!

With the help of Cupid, we carefully selected soft, passionate ingredients. All of these flavourings create a gin with which falling in love is unavoidable.

Recipe

Juniper berry, roses, hibiscus and pomegranate ensure a distinctly fruity, sweet character, while grains of paradise protect the balance in the flavour palate. The pink pepper, Japanese sansho and mugwort give a passionate spice in the finish.

With experience, we developed a unique Dark Rum. In the oak Limousin casks of our Cameo Vermouth no. 11, Jack Fox matures into a masterpiece. Unique due to the soft accents of caramel and vanilla, combined with powerful woody notes.

The presence of the red Cameo Vermouth ensures the intense finish and full colour. Jack Fox is an exclusive rum: only when a vermouth barrel is released is a new barrel of rum prepared for aging. This rum is delicious pure, but it also makes every cocktail lover swoon in a Belgian Dark & Stormy!

The Cameo Vermouth no.17 is artisanally crafted in our distillery in the Kempen in Antwerp.

Recipe

Iris root, cinnamon, dandelion and a secret mugwort are added to our carefully tasted and selected wine. This releases an explosion of both sweet and bitter aromas during the tasting. Ideal on the rocks but also delicious in a cocktail. Belgian vermouth of a gourmet level!

Our artisanal vermouth stands out! Gold medal winner at the prestigious London Spirits Competition and the USA Spirit Competition! The Cameo Vermouth no. 11 was ranked with a score of 90/100 among the very best spirits. We are incredibly proud of that!  

Recipe
Among other things, we use orange, tormentil, clove and a secret mugwort. This Vermouth is semi-sweet and lends itself perfectly to drinking on the rocks. Combine it with the Thomas Gin for the ultimate Negroni!

• 5 cl. Cameo Vermouth no. 11; semi-sweet red 
• 2 cl. orange juice
• 10 cl. ginger ale 
• Finish with ice, two drops of angostura bitters and a piece of ginger or orange

700 ml – 18% vol. 

Pure, sacred & blessed are the meanings of ‘Katinka’. Russian tradition combined with the craft of Sterkstokers – it does not get any better than that!  

Recipe

We created a soft, pure vodka, flavoured by filtering with charcoal. 100% pure, nothing more, nothing less.

The Belgian Moscow Mule

• finish with 1 cl lime juice, ice & a zest of lime

Antwerp is looking forward to a new Golden Age. We made an elixir based on an old family recipe but in a new style. Pure gold, we promise.  

Recept 

Our liqueur has already won several awards: a silver medal at the prestigious London Spirits Competition and bronze at the USA spirit competition. Due to the extensive flavour palette, few additional sugars have been added. With a soft alcohol percentage – 21% – the Sterkstokers Antwerps Elixirke is an original and surprising aperitif, as well as being a delicious digestive!

A fiery gin with the properties of a cunning fox. The bright red colour ensures a beautiful composition in the glass, ideal as an aperitif. The cunning of the fox is reflected in the logo of Sterkstokers.

Recipe

For this gin we used myrtle, Myrica Gale. This regional herb was already used in the Middle Ages for its medicinal properties. Later, it also became a favoured ingredient for ‘gruut’, the herbal mix used for hops. Together with cranberries and mugwort, this gives the gin a lovely spicey tone.
