Recipe

The nose is overtly juniper. On the palate, a powerful pallet of aromas explodes. The gale gives an intense finish and the rosemary and mountain tea provide sweet accents. Cardamom and bergamot add a fruity touch.

Dhe practiced sommelier recognizes sublime accents of unreleased spices.

Perfect Serve

• 5 cl Thomas Gin no. 21
• 12 cl Premium Indian or spicy tonic
• Finish with ice and a juniper berry or piece of rosemary

We carefully chose, with the help of Cupid, soft and passionate ingredients. Piece by piece, these flavorings make for a gin where falling in love makes sense.

Recipe

Juniper, roses, hibiscus and pomegranate provide a distinctly fruity and sweet character, while paradise seed protects the balance of the flavor palette. The pink pepper, Japanese sansho and wormwood provide the passionate spice in the finish.
