MAKE AND DISTILL YOUR OWN ALCOHOL IN THREE HOURS
The make your own alcohol workshop takes about two hours and is ideal as a birthday gift or team-building activity, for example. In fact, collaboration and creativity are key components during this workshop. You experiment with different ingredients in our distillery in Brecht and when you are completely satisfied, the recipe will be made and you will get to work distilling yourself. You may taste this recipe both pure and in combination with a tonic.
MAKING YOUR OWN SPIRITS IN BRECHT
The workshop may be called “Make Your Own Gin,” but much more is possible. So you can make your own spirits such as liqueur, rum, gin, vodka, whiskey, brandy or vermouth making and distilling. Do you already have your own idea of what liquor you want to make? Above all, let us know. We gladly accept the challenge. Now you may be thinking nice to make your own alcohol, but what can I accomplish with this? We are happy to tell you. Consider, for example:

THE PROCESS
A drink of our own, we make it together. We go through the entire process with you from start to finish. So you have a say in every aspect of your unique spirit.
01. BRIEFING
You, along with your team or friends, are invited to the inspiring distillery. After a brief introduction about the production process, we help find a gin that reinforces all aspects of your story.
02. BLEND
Then we will blend together. During a session of +/- 2 h we guide you to get your taste in a nice balance in the bottle.
03. DESIGN
We have an assortment of bottles to choose from. From 50 ml to 700 ml, even bulk in 20 and 1000 liters is possible. Then we guide you with a creative label.
04. PRODUCTION
We start production. The herbs are weighed and infused in grain alcohol. We then distill it in batches starting at 42 liters.
05. DELIVERY
Once you’ve approved the recipe for your own gin or other spirits, we’ll work together to fill the bottles. You can take these home with you. Own label? Then it takes 14 days.
