Recipe

Our botanicals come from all over the world. And from our garden. From angelica, cloves to nutmeg etc. The selection was one of the most difficult choices. By experimenting we discovered which herbs give their contribution to the intense taste even without alcohol.

Grapefruit are roasted and dried. So that the sourness transforms nicely into a balance of fruitiness and bitterness.

Blackberries release their fruitiness when steam distilled. Raspberry, lavender, cherry, lychee, rhubarb, rose, violets and strawberry also provide a new , unique blend.

We end our production process without alcohol.

0.0% sugar

By distillation, no sugar comes with it. And we don't think we should add it afterwards either. So no extra calories.
