With all our passion and experience, we developed a unique Dark Rum. Aged in oak limousin barrels, which first held our Cameo Vermouth No. 11, Jack Fox is a masterpiece.

Unique for its soft accents of caramel and vanilla, combined with powerful notes of wood.

Recipe

The presence of red Cameo Vermouth provides the intense finish and full color. Jack Fox is an exclusive rum: only when a vermouth barrel is released, a new barrel of rum is laid to rest.

Pure it tastes delicious, but even in a Belgian Dark & Stormy it will make any cocktail lover's mouth water!

Perfect Serve

Dark & Stormy

• 4cl. Jack Fox, single cask Dark Rum
• 1.5cl. lime juice
• ginger beer
• Finish with ice cream and a piece of ginger

Holiday Rum Sparkle

• 6cl. Jack Fox, single cask Dark Rum
• 2cl. cintree juice
• 1cl. syrup
• Finish with ice and a slice or zest of lemon or lime
